Gypsum products application process

Simple. Fast. Efficient.

Whether you’re using gypsum plaster, gypsum boards, or gypsum powder, the application process is designed to be quick and clean — delivering smooth, durable results every time.

Step 1

Surface Preparation

Clean the surface of dust, oil, or loose material.
For smooth concrete, apply Bond It to improve adhesion.
Dampen the surface lightly if required.

Step 2

Mixing (for Plaster or Powder)

Mix gypsum plaster or powder with clean water in a 1:0.6–0.7 ratio by weight.
Stir continuously until a smooth, lump-free paste forms.
Use within 20–25 minutes of mixing.

Step 3

Application

Apply the plaster evenly using a trowel or putty blade.
For gypsum board, fix sheets using drywall screws or a stud frame.
Maintain the recommended thickness (e.g., 10–12 mm for plaster).

Step 4

Finishing

Level the surface while wet for a smooth finish.
For gypsum board, tape joints and apply jointing compound.
Allow to set completely before sanding or painting.

Step 5

Curing & Drying

No water curing is needed.
Allow natural drying for at least 24–48 hours.
Ensure proper ventilation for best results.
